think that school sucks.
All that work and torture under your lecturer's or teacher's homework or
assignments, or tutorials...
But think about this, i mean really think. All the time spent with your
classmates, all the laughter, sorrows, and happiness of knowing that your
friends are there in your class.
Now imagine them gone, perhaps part of them or even all of them. You may not
realise it, but when advancing into the next level of education, it is
inevitable that some friends will be parting with you.
What is all this you ask yourself, what I ask is of you to think, for those
who received this mail, what do those people who were once or were still your
classmates and friends meant to you.
Anyone who has at least finished their o levels and has graduated from
respective schools would know the feeling of parting with your classmates and
friends.
Not knowing when you still see them again.
Perhaps the next day, the next week, month, years, or even decade. Perhaps
one day, you would realised how bitter sweet those memories were, the fun you
had with your classmates and friends.
That is why ever so often when you asked someone which is the most fond
memories they had in their years in education, they would often have that
sadness in their eyes, but yet, they smile briefly.
It's the memories of their school friends. Those unforgettable years of
laughter and happiness in school.
Each classmate had suffered under the same stresses in school. The teachers,
whether they are kind or extremely strict.
So treasure your schooling days, don't complain, because you never know when
you will miss them dearly. And perhaps, shed a tear for those treasured times in
your youth.

Anyway, i agree.. this yr all my schedules are so cluttered and when one thg is over another starts and sometimes i just cant find time to do things.. it becomes like i'm doing everything but doing nothing well. coz the focus keeps switching. argh.
And lately i've been in and out of being depressed (shant use the word depression.. dun wanna sound like i'm mentally ill). hm or maybe i AM mentally ill.. aiyar i dunno. i find that i cant smile anymore. even when i'm terribly amused i cant laugh. havent felt really happy for a long time. or maybe i'm just too caught up in the negative stuff that i fail to see the happiness around me. after all, happiness is a choice.. but still. it's so hard. with all these obstacles weaving in and out of your life unpredictably.
Bleah. shant center my entry too much on myself. hehe. my new class is great, everyone loves everyone (...) but sometimes i still wonder how long it'd take 310 to become as comfortable as 207'03. hmm.

heyy guys. loong time no blog here liao. realised that i so totally took two oh seven for granted for the past 2 years. dont think i'll ever see another class just like ours. *sniffs* miss y'all so so so so so much. life now is so different and so difficult. i want to be sec1 and sec2 again. everything was so carefree. ah... *remininces[cant spell it]*
anyway, have a happy cny! [a bit late i know yar] but have fun anyways! and try to enjoy the last few days/hours/minutes/seconds of the long weekend. oh and to those who came back from obs: we rock! woohoo and we're alive. to those who are going to obs: have fun guys! bring sunblock, lots of repellant, long sleeve, spray deodorants [to spray ur tent which will stink after 2 nights], torchlights [very impt], handphones too[they'll keep it for you and return on the last day, but if u dont bring it, then u'll have to wait to get back to sch to call home].

hey doodes! i'm pretty high now cos OBS RAWKED!!!!!!!!!!! i got mobile and it was great except fer the fact tt we had u carry these chao heavy bags....neways,here's some tip offs.....
1.wear long sleeved tees and long pants fer water stuff,no matter how badly u want a tan...cos someone in my watch got so badly burnt tt her hands were swollen and there were lumps of pus on her hands....
2.bring a cap no matter wat....and bring more than 2 pairs of socks cos if u get mobile,u will definately need more than tt....
3.bring lots and lots of plastic bags
4.bring itch-relieving cream fer fibre-glass allergy(fer kyaking)
5.and u might wanna bring more small towels to dry yrself off in case u dun get to bathe on a certain day and dun wanna dirty yr bath towel...
oh...and if u can,borrow booties and lycra suits frm ppl hu have them...hehe...i do...but i only got one spare lycra top(need my suit and booties fer trning)...so....hueva wants to borrow,just let me noe....

Mus here! Anyway, about the gathering. I was thinking that if it's held at my place, you all will probably be bored to death cos there's really not much to do.
My dad suggested that we get a bungalow or chalet somewhere and spent the day or even overnight. I had my track chalet at Aloha Loyang Resort at Pasir Ris and it was great. It's near the beach. So we can do whatever we want instead of limiting ourselves to eating and talking at my house. We can barbecue..rollerblade...freak ourselves out with Ju-On in the night.. swim..throw kris into the sea.. climb the tree *for watever reason i dunno*.. or even run or train along the beach! hehehhe. Basically i think it'll be more worthwhile spending the whole day together.
The only problem is probably that it's at the end of Singapore and the cost and getting things arranged.
But it all depends on you people, i don't mind it at my house at all but i thought that having it somewhere else might be more fun =)
So... any takers? Whatever it is, everyone or at least majority must agree or else it'll turn out like last yr. Poor Yi Lin went through so much trouble getting a chalet but only a handful came. But then again.. that was last yr. I'm sure you all want to enjoy the last moments being together as one.. rite rite? =)

she wore this strapless gown [not white but some really nice beigey colour] with this laced-up back and a loong train. very cool. her hubby leh--ok larh. she already said he wasn't the "tall and lanky" kind. so. but he's probably really nice. or she wouldn't be marrying him.
and that chua mui hoong leh..dont mind her larh. like xianny says. who cares.
and trees how's your arm? better? really hope so. wait if you dont go for byte camp, go with me in feb!!! oh wells. yes and everyone just rmb to have lots and lots of fun this holidays. the new year's comin' its prob gonna be much much busier. but just relax everyone and we can make it thru together!!! yay.

hey guys. havent blogged here for quite a while. haha... well. agree with what u all said abt that article. i mean... like what van said, if u are unmarried/single now, what on earth does it have to do with your secondary school? bcoz after sec sch, there's jc, university and overseas studying, and of course ur workplace and ur group of friends. unless of course, you are unsociable by nature. then there's not much we can do about it until u choose to open up yourself. try counselling classes or the sdu [ think it's them]. not that it might do much help in the sdu coz all the guys would like chase after the one pretty girl [and i assume she's not good looking]. so she'd probably feel left out and hurt and then maybe write another article criticising the ministry. well, i'm just kidding larh. dont take me seriously. =D

actually, I suspect she's distressed because she's 34, and still unmarried. maybe all her friends are getting married, and she feels pressurised. [sounds like pfc class.] then she needs to push the blame to someone/something. like her alma mater.
she can't even write a proper story. her other articles have proven that she digresses unconciously, and that the editor doesn't really check what she writes. her topic and the content have no whatsoever link. this is already considered one of her best already. haix... she didn't benefit much from the sch! just imagine if our english teachers read that article...

Anyway my point is..today someone talked to me about..my pipa exam and all. and i realised how right he is. and i know that i'll be doing myself injustice if i dont prac hard. he pracs till 1am everyday. and his exam is in 2 weeks' time. mine is in 11 days' time. i don't even know if i should go for Fish..and sorry yilun i dunno if you're reading this but i dont think i wanna go out before Fish lah. wait till my exam is over.
And so i probably wont be able to make it for ms chow's wedding.. =/

class dinner @ pizza hut. we didnt have enuff money for the taxes. for your info: service charge is like 10%+gst 4% lah. so do the math we now owe guotong about 20bucks. the rest are in the class fund. which would be used to pay for the cake.
okay so with the exception of felicia's table, everyone has to pay tax. vanessa and preetha and vani's table: $1 each. for xianny's table...i have no idea i will find out and tell ya guys.
